Loyalty Reporting
Three very flexible loyalty reports are available, with the level of reporting information needed easily definable by the user. Users can define the terms on which report information is searched and define the report fields that are displayed.
The results from each report when generated are displayed on the system and are also available to download as a CSV file.
When requesting reports from the system, note that large criteria, such as a very long date range, may cause the system to take several minutes to build and display the entire report
-
Transaction Report – this report contains loyalty transaction information based on various definable aspects, such as a person’s name, their card ID or transaction type.
-
Registration Report – this report provides information on the registrations made to a specific loyalty program for a given date range.
-
Liability Report- this report provides information on the current loyalty liability for a chosen reward, up to and including the date on which the report is requested.
Transaction Report
-
